Chris Rodriguez

Mr. Rodriguez is the founder and president of Pacific Commercial Investments, Inc.  He has 15 years experience in the brokerage of retail investment properties and has established a track record of over $350 million of successful closings.  Through his depth of understanding of the marketplace and his ability to pinpoint his clients’ needs, Mr. Rodriguez has become a recognized authority in the NNN marketplace, known for his unparalled creativity in structuring and closing transactions.  The strategic approach to client service taken by Mr. Rodriguez has continually led to results which have far exceeded clients’ stated investment objectives.  Mr. Rodriguez graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science with a Biological Emphasis.  He lives in Newport Beach and is the proud father of three children.

Adam Indihar

Mr. Indihar joined Pacific Commercial Investments in July 2007 as a research analyst focusing his efforts on lease abstraction, site analysis and the financial underwriting of retail investment properties in Southern California.  Mr. Indihar is the lead analyst responsible for developing valuation models for both single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties.  He has developed an intimate knowledge of retail properties within Southern California, with a specific focus on North Orange County.  Mr. Indihar graduated from Chapman University in 2008 with a degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

Mark Mollner

Mr. Mollner brings over 10 years experience in mortgage lending, underwriting and marketing expertise to Pacific Commercial Investments.  Mr. Mollner earned his BA in Sociology from the University of Hawaii in 1999 where he also starred on the gridiron and was a defensive team captain for the Warriors.  After a brief stint playing professional football overseas, Mr. Mollner went on to a successful career as a mortgage broker and eventually rose to managing partner at Western Capital before joining the PCI team.  He has been a licensed  CA  real estate agent since 2000.  A lifetime Newport Beach resident, when he isn’t hard at work scouting opportunities for PCI, he can be found running, riding his bike and surfing the beautiful beaches of Orange County.

Carly Jurek

Ms. Jurek is the newest addition to the PCI team, specializing in research and sales support.  She earned her BA in Business Communication and a minor in Sociology from Arizona State University in May of 2011.  Ms. Jurek has been a part of various organizations and held leadership positions for three of her four years at ASU.  Fresh out of college, Ms. Jurek has returned back to her home state of California to pursue her career in real estate. She currently resides in Irvine.
