Chris Rodriguez
Mr. Rodriguez is the founder and president of Pacific Commercial Investments, Inc. He has over 13 years experience in the brokerage of retail investment properties and has established a track record of over $250 million of successful closings. Mr. Rodriguez' client list includes some of the most active investors in Southern California, including developers, syndicators, institutions and family trusts. Additionally, Mr. Rodriguez has established a reputation of being a trusted advisor for first-time investors in retail properties. Mr. Rodriguez graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science with a Biological Emphasis. He lives in Newport Beach with his wife and three children.

Jonathan Selznick
Mr. Selznick has spent nearly 20 years in senior sales management positions throughout his career. He joined Pacific Commercial Investments in 2007 after serving as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at First American Real Estate Solutions (a division of First American Title Company). Under his leadership, revenues within his division grew over 60%. He is a California licensed real estate broker. Mr. Selzinck earned his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance in 1990 and received his M.B.A with an emphasis in International Business from the Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University. He lives in Coto De Caza with his wife and two children.

Adam Indihar
Mr. Indihar joined Pacific Commercial Investments in July 2007 as a research analyst focusing his efforts on lease abstraction, site analysis and the financial underwriting of retail investment properties in Southern California. Mr. Indihar is the lead analyst responsible for developing valuation models for both single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties. He has developed an intimate knowledge of retail properties within Orange County, with a specific focus on North Orange County. Mr. Indihar graduated from Chapman University in 2008 with a degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

Natalie Clayton
Ms. Clayton has been with Pacific Commercial Investments since October 2008. She has held various positions within the real estate industry, having experience in both residential and commercial investment real estate. After graduating from Loyola Marymount University in 2002 with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies and Dance, she began working for a real estate firm in Beverly Hills as part of the management team. After deciding to move back to Orange County, Natalie began working as a real estate investment analyst for a company in Costa Mesa. She was hired at PCI during her last year as a student at the Interior Designers Institute, where she received an Associate of Arts degree in the Spring of 2009. Ms. Clayton is a California licensed real estate agent.
